We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality patient care and possess a comprehensive understanding of various dental procedures. Responsibilities Conduct thorough dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to dental extractions, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry. Utilize medical imaging technology to diagnose and plan treatment effectively. Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental software or similar. Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care. Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options. Assist in the fabrication of dental appliances as needed. Stay updated with advancements in dentistry and participate in ongoing professional development. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid dental license to practice in the state. Experience or training in pediatric and geriatric dentistry is preferred but not required. Proficiency in medical imaging techniques and familiarity with Open Dental software or similar are advantages. Strong understanding of infection control practices within a dental clinic setting. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating independent decision-making skills.
