Encanto Dental Group is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for our Sonoma Family Dental office. The ideal candidate will have dental front desk experience, insurance verification, bilingual and a great personality. This is a full-time position. Your main job includes but is not limited to: · Insurance verification · Greeting patients in friendly manner · Verifying and or updating their information during check in · Answering and managing incoming calls · Scheduling appointments · Confirming upcoming appointments · Filling in cancellations · Registering new patients according to protocols · Maintaining a professional reception area · Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality As a member of our team, you will have the additional opportunity to earn bonuses as a Front Desk Team member based on your performance.
