Our office is growing! Highlands Ranch Orthodontics is a sister-owned, private orthodontic practice, and we’ve recently opened our second location. We’re looking to add a warm, friendly, and motivated Orthodontic Assistant to our growing team! This position is 3–4 days per week to start , with the opportunity to grow as this office continues to expand. Training may include time at our Highlands Ranch location, so flexibility and a team-first mindset are essential. We’re seeking someone who enjoys wearing many hats and thrives in a collaborative environment. This role may include greeting and welcoming patients, answering phones, assisting with treatment coordination and explaining treatment plans, as well as clinical assisting duties. Our assistants play a key role in delivering the exceptional patient experience we’re known for. Duties may include: Taking digital X-rays and photos Sterilization and operatory setup Fabricating Essix retainers Using our Trios/Medit scanner Assisting with Invisalign/clear aligner treatment Patient education and treatment coordination We’re looking for a positive, adaptable, go-getter who is eager to learn and grow with our practice.
