If you have experience and a passion for enhancing patient interactions, you will also have the chance to contribute to the development of our office processes and patient experience strategies. Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during various dental procedures. Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms. Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays). Record treatment information in patient records. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Sterilize instruments and ensure compliance with all infection control protocols. Optional Responsibilities: Collaborate with the team to improve patient experience strategies. Provide input on office setup and operational workflows. Assist in training new staff as the practice continues to grow. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Dental Assistant certification (CDA) preferred. Proven experience as a Dental Assistant is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Passion for patient care and improving the patient experience.
