We’ve intentionally built a peaceful, organized workplace with a respectful team culture and patients who truly value quality care. We are currently seeking a warm, skilled, and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our team Tuesday–Thursday (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM) . This position has strong potential to grow into a full-time role as the practice continues to expand. What You’ll Do Provide gentle, thorough hygiene care with a strong focus on comfort and patient education Perform SRP, Arestin placement, laser therapy, and implant maintenance Maintain cosmetic cases including veneer and bonding care Collaborate closely with the doctor to deliver high-quality outcomes Create a welcoming, elevated experience where patients feel heard and cared for You’re a Great Fit If You… Are licensed in Massachusetts and able to administer local anesthesia Are confident with periodontal protocols and implant maintenance Enjoy building long-term patient relationships Appreciate organized systems, clean workflows, and attention to detail Are reliable, team-oriented, and bring positive energy to your workday Are comfortable seeing adult and family patients (this is not a pediatric practice) Why Hygienists Love Working Here $50–$60/hour (based on experience) 401(k) with employer matching No nights.
