At Cicero Family Dentistry we are eager to help our patients achieve and maintain their ideal dental health, regardless of where they are currently or how complex their dental issues are. We are a true family office caring for 1 year olds to 100+ year olds providing full scope general dentistry. Our 3 doctors are committed to continuing education and providing the highest level of dentistry to the community on an individualized basis. We also have a super friendly office dog named Ted. We focus on developing relationships with our patients so that we may better understand their dental needs, goals, and desires. This allows us the opportunity to provide exceptional service, beautiful outcomes, and delightful experiences for our patients. We are seeking someone who can listen attentively and communicate with sensitivity and integrity. We are happy to train. Although dental/medical and/or customer service experience is preferred, we are looking for a collaborative team member who is truly interested in helping others. Eagerness to learn, a positive attitude and outward optimistic mindset are a requirement. As a dental assistant you will be cross trained to participate in all facets of patient care on a daily basis. This will include a range of activities from chairside assisting the doctors, sterilization, recording periodontal charting, in house lab work and outside lab communication, answering overflow phone calls, scheduling and checkout procedures, etc. To help our office achieve its mission, it is integral that you embody our office values - compassionate, kind, knowledgeable dentistry that leaves patients feeling comfortable, respected, and well cared for.
