Key Responsibilities: ● Perform dental hygiene services including prophylaxis, scaling, fluoride application, and root planing. ● Capture and examine high-quality dental radiographs. ● Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and provide personalized care instructions. ● Partner with our dentists to develop comprehensive treatment plans. ● Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Qualifications (What You Need to Succeed): ● Must hold a current Michigan Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. ● Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene (required). ● No experience required – we are happy to train and mentor the right candidate! ● Proficient in taking dental radiographs. ● Exceptional communication skills and a passion for patient care. ● A positive attitude and a commitment to being a collaborative team member.
