Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and a deep understanding of dental practices. This role involves providing comprehensive dental services, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with industry regulations. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose dental conditions and develop treatment plans. Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, and preventive care. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Implement aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff. Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and preventive care measures. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care. Stay updated on advancements in dentistry, including pediatric dentistry and endodontics, to enhance service delivery. Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid dental license to practice in the state. Strong knowledge of medical documentation practices and infection control standards. Experience in patient care with a focus on compassionate service delivery. Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus, as well as experience in endodontics. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
