In this role, you will assist the dentist during various procedures, ensure patient comfort, and maintain a clean and organized clinical environment. Your dedication to patient care and teamwork will be essential in delivering the high-quality service our patients expect. Key Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance during a wide range of dental procedures, ensuring a calm and comfortable experience for every patient Set up, clean, and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring all instruments are properly sterilized and organized per OSHA and CDC guidelines Take high-quality digital X-rays and 3D scans when required Accurately chart and update patient records in dental software Reinforce post-op care and educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment plans with empathy and clarity Maintain proper stock of clinical supplies and ensure all equipment is in working order through routine maintenance and troubleshooting Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support front desk staff when needed Contribute to a team-first culture by supporting others, adapting to challenges, and sharing a positive attitude Ideal Candidate Attributes Friendly and outgoing demeanor.
