Dental Treatment Coordinator - Cooper City Smiles - Davie, FL

Art Orthodontics is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic treatment coordinator. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Assisting the orthodontist with new patient exams and coordinating treatment Explaining the recommended treatment to patient and parents Preparing and presenting the financial arrangements Signing up and scheduling patients Following up on pending patients Composing custom letters and reports to dentists, specialists, and patients Marketing and promoting the practice Collaborating with staff to ensure efficient and quality care is provided at all times Qualifications: - A minimum of 2-5 years orthodontic/dental office experience (please do not apply if you don't have orthodontic/dental experience) - Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish) is preferred - Experience with Dolphin program is preferred - Experience with insurance credentialing/verification/processing is MUST Salary/Compensation based upon experience.
