Manage multi-line phone systems, answering calls promptly and directing them to the appropriate personnel. Schedule patient appointments efficiently while maintaining accurate records in the system. Verify patient insurance information and handle insurance verification processes. Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with Dental billing and coding tasks. Review documentation for completeness and accuracy before filing in medical records. Provide clerical support including filing, typing, and data entry using Microsoft Office applications. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth operations within the clinic or office setting. Handle inquiries regarding care plans, patient services, and clinic policies effectively.
