Registered Dental Assistant for a Reputed Dental Practice (FT/PT) with Benefits - Vacaville Dental Group - Vacaville, CA

Dear Experienced RDA, We are a well established thriving dental practice in Vacaville serving the surrounding community for well over 30 years. We are on a growth mode and therefore needing to add an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA). We take pride in rendering high quality care for our patients utilizing the latest technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the dentist during procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment and fulfilling RDA roles. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology. Front desk experience would be a big plus, but not necessary! We will also consider part time employment for the right candidate. Example Responsibilities (including but not limited to) Make temp crowns to the satisfaction of the Dr and patient. Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials. Experience in assisting with Implants, Extractions and Invisalign preferred but not necessary Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments per OSHA and ensuring all supplies are stocked. Take intra oral X-rays, 3D X-rays and/or intra oral photos as needed, to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. Help with price comparisons and help with ordering and validating invoices Requirements At least 1 year hands-on experience as a RDA Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Familiarity with Dentrix a plus. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Be a strong team player Must adhere to all safety protocols and maintain compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
