Our busy Abington PA area office is searching for an outgoing professional to be the first point of contact with patients, helping educate them so they understand the treatment, reviewing costs unencumbered by insurance, and insuring patient understanding and acceptance of their treatment. The office manager will also manage the dental assistants and the patient schedules, and the autonomy to lead an office to achieve a common goal. The following are the requirements of the position: Have a minimum of three years dental assisting/front desk or treatment coordinator experience Adept with MS Word and Excel as well as dental software Ability to be a team leader of a dental staff High organizational skills Understanding of dental procedures and treatments We offer a great compensation package with a salary and commissions, with no cap on potential, as well as the ability for advancement.
