About Our Office: Clean, bright and state-of-the-art dental office facing the Biscayne Bay, located on the waterfront Mercy Hospital campus. Easy and quick access from the north (I-95) and south (US-1). Convenient and indoor employee parking. Job Requirements: Successful completion of dental assisting education program Radiology certification Proficiency in English and Spanish (MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH, PLEASE) Orthodontic assisting knowledge and experience is a plus but is not required Pay (salary) is to be determined based on qualification and experience Responsibilities Assist doctors during dental procedures by providing chair-side support and managing instruments. Prepare and maintain treatment areas, ensuring compliance with infection control techniques and procedures. Take dental radiographs while adhering to safety and infection control standards. Document patient information and treatment plans in EMR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care, utilizing bilingual skills when necessary. Schedule appointments and manage patient records, fostering a welcoming environment in the office.
