Job Summary Our client is seeking a Hygienist, in this role you'll help patients maintain and improve their oral health while supporting their confidence and comfort. Your role will be essential in delivering preventive care, educating patients on their oral health, and building strong, trusting relationships that encourage long-term care and wellness. You’ll work collaboratively within a strong, supportive team dynamic—alongside doctors, assistants, and front office staff—where communication, respect, and shared goals are at the core of how we care for patients. STARTING SALARY $50-53/HOURLY SCHEDULE IS MON/WED 9AM-3PM TUES/THURS. 9AM-6PM + ALTERNATING FRI & SATURDAYS 9AM-3PM BENEFITS Dental Benefits Paid Vacation 6 Sick Days Major Holidays off IRA Health Insurance-employer pays patrial (60/40) after 90 days RESPONSIBILITIES Conducting oral health assessments, performing cleanings, including SRP, educating patients on oral hygiene practices. Demonstrate excellent patient communication skills, ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their treatment. Work closely with dentists, and support staff, ensuring a cohesive approach to patient care. Expected to maintain up-to-date medical histories, periodontal charting (with support from a voice-dictated charting system), perform intraoral scans, full-mouth and panoramic X-rays, and contribute to new smile charting initiatives. Maintain a clean and organized operatory, with regard for quick and efficient turnover times. QUALIFICATIONS Valid state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Enthusiastic about technology and innovative practices, with a willingness to adopt and implement new ideas to improve efficiency and patient care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills X-Ray certification. Maintaining an optimistic outlook fosters a supportive and encouraging work environment. Advanced Procedure Permit – Administration of Local Anesthesia, preferred not required Being flexible in response to varying patient needs while understanding and addressing patient concerns with compassion.
