Part-Time Dental Assistant – Multi-Specialty Practice (Endodontics & Periodontics) Foundation Dental Specialists is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join our growing multi-specialty practice focused on Endodontics and Periodontics. We are a patient-centered office dedicated to providing the highest level of care while maintaining a positive and professional environment for our team. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Operations & Patient Care Oversee treatment room preparation, supplies, and sterilization protocols. Assist dentists in a variety of procedures (surgical, endodontic, periodontic). Maintain accurate patient records and educate patients on oral health and post-op care. Manage dental supply inventory and cost-effective ordering. Equipment & Sterilization Management Ensure dental equipment is maintained, calibrated, and compliant. Enforce strict OSHA and HIPAA infection control standards. Leadership Structure Reports directly to the Clinical Director with weekly updates on team performance and clinic operations.
