WE NEED A GENERAL DENTIST TO JOIN OUR DENTAL FAMILY!!! We have an amazing team in our Davenport location, and the only thing missing is---- YOU! We offer a flexible full-time schedule to fit the needs of the doctor. Partnership and ownership opportunities are available for the right practitioner. Our Davenport location is a brand-new privately owned office with state-of-the-art technology. We are looking for a tenured general dentist passionate about dentistry who puts patient needs first and has a compassionate disposition. The general dentist will thrive in a one doctor practice and have access to an average of 50 new patients a month. This location is comprised of FFS and PPO with no Medicaid/Medicare acceptance. The compensation package for our general dentist is above industry standards: 35% compensation on collections, also offered as a greater of during the daily guarantee period. Current Production to Collection Ratio is 99%. General Dentist Responsibilities & Duties: Fixing or removing damaged teeth Filling cavities Performing exams and evaluating x-rays to determine a patientâs health Developing treatment plans to deal with any dental health issues Administering or prescribing medications to decrease pain and improve patient health Interacting with patients and instruct them on proper oral care Measuring and fitting dental appliances Referring patients to a specialist if needed General Dentist Skills & Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation A state of Florida license to practice dentistry Patience when dealing with patients Ability to communicate with patients regarding their health and care Good attention to detail Able to work with hands in small spaces Good problem-solving skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $350,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: General dentistry: 1 year (Required) Molar endo: 1 year (Preferred) Implant placement: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Florida Dental License (Required) Work Location: In person
