Youâll be supported to practice at a high level, deliver excellent outcomes, and build lasting patient relationships. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry including restorative care, extractions, endodontics, and prosthodontics Treat adult and pediatric patients with a compassionate, patient-centered approach Perform thorough exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning using digital imaging Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care Maintain accurate clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance Follow strict infection control and aseptic protocols Collaborate with team members using efficient four-handed dentistry Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Missouri dental license (or ability to obtain) Confidence in general dentistry procedures; endodontics and extractions preferred Experience with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar dental software a plus Strong communication skills and ethical clinical judgment Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellent patient care What We Value Integrity and ethics in clinical decision-making Exceptional customer service and patient experience Clean, organized, and efficient clinical environments Mutual respect for patients and team members If youâre looking for a stable, privately owned practice where quality dentistry, professionalism, and community matter, weâd love to connect.
