Prepare patients for dental procedures and ensure their comfort. Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized operatory. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays). Perform Expanded Function duties as licensed (for EFDA candidates). Document patient records accurately and efficiently. Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-op instructions, and treatment planning. Support front office team as needed with scheduling and patient communication. Qualifications Must be a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or EFDA with valid state credentials. Current CPR/BLS certification required. Radiology certification as required by the state. Minimum of 1 year chairside experience preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented.
