Dental Assistant – Nashville TN Day-to-Day: A premier private dental practice in the Belle Meade area is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join a small, tight-knit team. This is an excellent opportunity for an assistant who values strong teamwork, patient experience, and working in a well-run private practice environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, and takes pride in providing high-quality chairside support while helping create a calm and positive experience for every patient. This Registered Dental Assistant will work closely with the doctor during clinical procedures, prepare and turn over operatories, assist with impressions and basic clinical tasks, and support patient care from start to finish. This role is essential to maintaining efficient workflows, patient comfort, and consistent clinical standards while collaborating closely with both the clinical and front office teams.
