Dentist Anesthesiologist We are seeking a patient-focused, board-certified or board-eligible Dentist Anesthesiologist to provide office-based anesthesia for dental procedures. Flexible scheduling options (part-time, full-time, per diem) are available. Key Responsibilities Administer general anesthesia, MAC, and deep sedation for adult and pediatric dental procedures in office-based settings Perform preoperative assessments, develop anesthesia plans, and provide post-op care and monitoring Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and ensure all required monitoring and backup equipment are in place Coordinate closely with dental teams and onsite staff to ensure smooth workflow and excellent office satisfaction Document care accurately, complete required charting and billing documentation Participate in staff onboarding and training as needed; contribute to quality improvement initiatives Required Qualifications Dentist degree and completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology Valid state Dental license (or ability to obtain) and DEA registration Current BLS and ACLS certification; PALS preferred if treating pediatric patients Experience with office-based anesthesia or ambulatory anesthesia strongly preferred Excellent communication skills and commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working with dental practices Familiarity with Denti-Cal billing and office credentialing processes Experience mentoring or training staff in outpatient settings Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation (commensurate with experience) Flexible scheduling and multiple location options Professional liability coverage (provided) Support with credentialing and practice integration CME allowance and professional development support Health, dental, vision, retirement benefits available depending on employment status (details discussed during recruitment) Why Join Us Deliver hospital-level safety and care in a convenient, patient-centered environment Work with an experienced support team and streamlined office systems Be part of a culture focused on open communication, accountability, and growth How to Apply Please send your CV and a brief cover letter to website).
