Overview We are seeking a patient-centered Associate Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate is committed to doing whatâs best for each patient and takes pride in providing high-quality, compassionate care. Our practice schedules patients with the exact time needed for their treatment, allowing our clinicians to work thoroughly and without rushing. Our patient demographic consists mostly of adults seeking comprehensive dental services. This Opportunity is for a FULL TIME position/4 Days a week with office hours of M-TH:8AM -5PM & F:8AM - 3PM. Starting Salary for the opportunity is $650-$750 Daily Guarantee for the first 90 days & then 30% of Adjusted Collections Benefits Health Insurance 24 hours of employer-provided Continuing Education (CE) annually YEAR-END PAYOUT OF UP TO 40 HOURS OF UNUSED SICK LEAVE 401(k) retirement plan with a 3% automatic employer contribution Future partnership or ownership opportunity Responsibilities Provide exceptional patient care with a focus on long-term oral health Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including endodontics, implants, extractions (including molars), restorative dentistry, and more Diagnose, treatment plan, and educate patients effectively and clearly. Deliver Invisalign treatment and other clear aligner therapies. Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow. Maintain accurate and thorough clinical records. Uphold a positive, professional, and service, oriented environment. Participate in ongoing training, continuing education, and skill development. Uphold infection control and health & safety protocols. Skills Valid California dental license DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred Broad clinical skill set, including experience with endo, implants, molar extractions, and general procedures Invisalign or clear aligner experience Well-spoken with strong communication and patient-education skills Service-minded, patient-first approach to dentistry Team-oriented and collaborative work style Willingness to continue learning and growing clinically Job Type: Full-time Pay: $650.00 - $750.00 per day Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
