We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Manager to run our front desk and assist the Practice Manager. We pride ourselves on excellent patient care . Attitude is everything, looking for someone with initiative, confidence, ability to communicate with patients and provide that 1st great impression. This is a busy private specialty practice so must be able to multi task. Must demonstrate strong customer service skills. Experience with insurance and a proven ability to run the schedule. Some of the responsibilities include answering the phone, scheduling, insurance verification, AR's, statements, posting, financial arrangements, checking patients in and out. Salary based on experience. Willing to train the dental component but must have Front Desk or Customer Service experience. We are looking for a long term team member to grow with our practice.
