We're seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized individual to join our dental team as the Front Desk Coordinator â someone who thrives in a dynamic clinic setting and enjoys connecting with patients. What youâll do As the Front Desk Coordinator, youâll be the face and backbone of our dental clinic. This hybrid role blends front-office administration with occasional chairside assistance â ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and providers. Your key responsibilities will include: Front Desk & Patient Coordination Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and manage co-pay collection Prepare and review treatment plans using UMCâs Charge Master Ensure a welcoming, efficient reception area Treatment Estimates & Recordkeeping Provide treatment and good-faith estimates Maintain meticulous dental records, referrals, and release forms Communication & Coordination Liaise between the Dental Director, staff, and external partners Submit equipment repairs and work orders as needed Billing & Reconciliation Manage dental A/R, post payments, and reconcile daily transactions Collaborate with our billing partner to resolve insurance claim issues Clinical Support (As Needed) Assist chairside during procedures per protocol What Weâre Looking For 2+ years of relevant experience Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems Strong interpersonal and business communication skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Eagerness to learn and grow with feedback No formal degree or licensure is required for this position.
