Our Leander office is hiring for the position of Lead Registered Dental Assistant. Key responsibilities include: - Assist doctor in all procedures - Taking digital dental X-Rays/intraoral Images - Chart for doctor - Phase treatment plans accordingly - Pit and Fissure Sealants (if Certified) - Coronal Polishing (if Certified) - Set up and break down rooms for treatment - Clean up chair/operatory after every patient - Sterilize and organize instruments - Provide quality patient care - Give post operative instructions - Inventory and Supplies Ordering - Manage patient flow - Maintain Compliance standards - Train staff RDAs - Bilingual (Spanish) Required Applicant must be RDA certified and have current CPR certificate. Our office uses Open Dental software. Excellent knowledge of dental procedures and terminology and minimum 2 years of experience.
