If you are passionate about oral health and have a knack for working with children, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity. **Duties:** - Provide administrative support to the front desk, including answering phone calls, greeting patients, and maintaining accurate records. - Assist the dentist and hygienists with various procedures, such as taking X-rays, preparing instruments, and cleaning treatment areas. - Prepare and maintain aseptic environments to ensure the highest level of patient safety. - Take vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, and update patient records accordingly. - Utilize Eaglesoft systems to manage patient appointments, track treatment plans, and maintain accurate records. - Participate in the development and implementation of patient education materials. - Work closely with the receptionist to ensure a seamless patient experience. - Provide exceptional patient care, including helping children feel comfortable in the dentist's chair. - Support the dentist and hygienists in various procedures, including prosthodontics and pediatrics. - Familiarize yourself with dental terminology and use it effectively in patient communication. **Requirements:** - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Completion of a dental assistant training program or equivalent experience. - Knowledge of aseptic technique and dental terminology. - Proficiency in Eaglesoft systems. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience working with children and pediatrics preferred.
