Responsibilities

• Verify insurance and answer all insurance related questions
• Verify schedule and appointments
• Be efficient with Dentrix and Dental Intel software
• Manage resources efficiently to optimize practice operations
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
• Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high productivity levels
