Are you an experienced dental front office professional who thrives on connection, communication, and creating a smooth patient experience? We are looking for a Front Office Coordinator to join our warm, professional team. If your strengths lie in scheduling treatment and managing hygiene flow we want to hear from you! We are a private office located in Lewisville, and would love you show you old town charm.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome and Support Patients: Set the tone for a great experience from the moment they arrive.
- Manage Scheduling: Help coordinate hygiene or doctor appointments efficiently and with a personal touch.
- Review Treatment Needs: Support patients in understanding and moving forward with recommended care.
- Discuss Financials: Provide clear information about payments, insurance coverage, and available options.
- Ensure Continuity of Care: Reach out to patients due or overdue for visits to keep them on track.
- Support Office Flow: Collaborate closely with clinical and admin team members to keep the day running smoothly.
Who You Are
- You have experience in a dental office (front desk, scheduling, or treatment coordination).
- You’re a clear communicator—friendly, confident, and compassionate.
- You’re comfortable discussing treatment and financial options with patients.
- You’re tech-savvy and able to learn dental software quickly.
- You’re organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
