Weâre looking for someone who: Ideally 2 year of hands-on chairside assisting experience in general dentistry Is responsible , punctual , and focused on delivering high-quality care every day Maintains a professional demeanor with patients, doctors, and fellow team members Can assist across multiple areas of the office, including answering phones, verifying insurance, managing supplies, and assisting with charting Understands the value of structure and systems and brings solutions, not complaints Is comfortable working in a practice that is actively growing, improving, and strengthening systems Brings a positive attitude and a strong sense of accountability to the team (Bonus points for EagleSoft and front office experience!)
