Growing Dental Practice seeking a skilled and compassionate Endodontist to join our Team. Must have 1 plus years of experience working in a dental office setting. As an Endodontist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care to our diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities include: Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough examinations and diagnostic tests, including X-rays and other imaging techniques, to evaluate the condition of a patient's dental pulp and surrounding tissues. Treatment Planning: Develop customized treatment plans based on the diagnosis, taking into consideration the severity of the dental issue and the patient's overall oral health. Root Canal Therapy: Perform root canal procedures to remove infected or damaged pulp, clean and shape the root canals, and seal them to prevent further infection. Pain Management: Administer anesthesia and provide pain relief to patients during procedures, ensuring their comfort throughout treatment. Patient Education: Educate patients on proper oral care practices and the importance of post-treatment care to maintain dental health. Collaboration: Coordinate with general dentists and other dental specialists when necessary to provide comprehensive dental care to patients. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed patient records, treatment plans, and documentation of procedures performed. Continuing Education: Stay updated on the latest advancements in endodontics through ongoing professional development and training. Equipment and Sterilization: Ensure the proper maintenance and sterilization of dental equipment and instruments to maintain a safe and hygienic treatment environment. Compliance: Adhere to all dental industry regulations, ethical standards, and safety protocols. Patient Comfort: Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients to ease their anxiety and build trust. Emergency Care: Be prepared to handle dental emergencies and provide prompt treatment for patients in pain or distress. Qualifications: Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school. Completion of an accredited endodontic residency program. State licensure and certification as an Endodontist. Strong clinical skills and proficiency in the latest endodontic techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and colleagues effectively. Attention to detail and a commitment to patient care and safety.
