Who We’re Looking For If you’re a pro at chairside assisting but also have a natural knack for leading others, you’ll fit right in. We’re looking for: Experience: At least 1 year of steady chairside experience. The Basics: Already certified in Dental Radiology? Great! If not, we can help you get there—you’ll just need to pass the test within your first 3 months on the team. Skills: You’re comfortable with four-handed dentistry, digital charting, and keeping the back office running like a well-oiled machine. The "Heart" Factor: You lead with honesty, integrity, and a genuine smile. You’re the kind of person who jumps in to help wherever it's needed because "that’s not my job" isn't in your vocabulary. What the Day Looks Like Providing great chairside support during general dentistry procedures. Keeping an eye on clinical inventory (ordering the supplies we love!). Leading the way on sterilization and keeping our office safe and clean. Managing the flow of the day to keep things low-stress for the doctor and the patients.
