Welcome the patients Answering calls Checking patients in/out Scheduling appointment Confirm patient appointments Checking insurance eligibility Submitting pre-authorization to insurances Maintain recall list Present Treatment plan to patients Setup treatment rooms with necessary instruments and supplies Take x-rays and impressions, make temporary crowns. Perform dental charting on all patient treatment. Assist the dentist in providing care for our patients. Provide Oral hygiene and post-operative instructions. Sterilize and maintain instruments/equipment/operatory/chairs. Keep treatment rooms clean and well-stocked. Keep the clinic, lunchroom, storefront, restrooms clean. Submit & receive lab cases. Maintain a safe and secure environment for our patients and team. Tidy up-front desk & waiting room At the end of the day, help clean clinic & lunchroom.
