If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Dental Receptionist / Biller at Glendale Dental Wellness. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional who is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. We are a small private office that emphasize on high quality dental care and building long-lasting connections with our patients. We are open Monday to Thursday from 8-5 PM Responsibilities: Warmly greet patients, check them in/out, and create a welcoming atmosphere. Answer incoming calls, book/reschedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries. Manage the daily schedule to optimize provider time and minimize gaps. Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments. Collect co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding balances; process payments accurately. Prepare and electronically submit clean insurance claims daily. Accurately post insurance and patient payments, including explanation of benefits (EOBs). Follow up on unpaid/denied claims, submit appeals, and resolve discrepancies. Generate and mail patient statements; handle billing inquiries. Monitor accounts receivable and work aging reports. Coordinate treatment estimates, pre-authorizations, and referrals when needed. Qualifications: 1 year experience in dental front office, or billing, office administration is a plus. X-ray License Proficiency with dental practice management software Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask High energy and a positive attitude, with the ability to maintain enthusiasm throughout the workday. Passionate about providing exceptional patient care and ensuring patient comfort. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable and show up to work on time and on a regular basis.
