As our Dental Hygienist, you’ll play an essential role in helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles. What You’ll Do Perform thorough cleanings and comprehensive hygiene assessments, including scaling and polishing. Educate and motivate patients to maintain excellent oral health habits at home. Review and update patient medical histories and documentation accurately. Partner closely with the dentist and team to deliver exceptional care, including care for our youngest patients. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following infection control protocols. Stay current on the latest in dental hygiene practices and continuing education. Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations, including scaling and polishing teeth. Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. Conduct assessments of patients’ oral health, including taking and reviewing medical histories. Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and participate in continuing education as required. What We’re Looking For A current state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist. Strong clinical skills and a genuine passion for patient education. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a team-first mindset.
