Our team is looking for a compassionate Dental/Sterilization Assistant to join us three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). If you love working with people and have a passion for modern technology, you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Do: Manage sterilization of instruments and ensure treatment rooms are pristine. Assist the clinical team with patient care and digital workflows. Provide a friendly, welcoming experience for our patients. Utilize advanced dental technology and software daily. What We Are Looking For: A Positive Attitude: Friendly, team-oriented, and truly compassionate toward patients. Organized & Proactive: Someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly. Tech-Savvy: You must be comfortable with computers and eager to learn new dental technologies. X-Ray Certification: You must hold a valid X-ray license or be currently enrolled in a program to obtain one. Willing to Learn: Limited experience? No problem. We are happy to train the right person who has a great work ethic! Prior experience working in a dental environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of dental terminology and Dentrix software is a plus! Knowledge of infection control procedures, aseptic techniques, and sterilization protocols is essential. Why Join Us?
