Dental Assistant for Specialist Office - Endo office - Oceanside, CA

Part-time Dental Assistant position available for the right candidate at a private office in Oceanside. We are a small Endodontic office looking to hire a dental assistant who is flexible, personable, and dependable. Our office is small so the candidate must be willing to work closely with the doctor and their fellow assistants. Some dental assisting experience is appreciated but not required. We are willing to train new employees to master the technique that our doctor prefers. Dental Assistant duties include (not limited to): -Assisting doctor during procedures -Sterilization -Taking x-rays (2D and 3D images) -Preparation of cassettes and operatories for dental procedures -Regular office maintenance during down time -Clean/ stock and organize dental supplies -Scheduling follow up appointments -Providing post op instructions to patients -Performing reminder and post op calls Job Type: Part-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching On-the-job training Profit sharing Experience: Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: X-Ray Certification (Required) Work Location: In person
