What you will be doing: Delivering quality care to every patient Preparing patients for exam and treatment Providing oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Preparing tray set-ups for dental procedures Effectively directing patient flow through clear communication and teamwork Sterilizing and disinfecting all used equipment and instruments Documenting all procedures performed in treatment chart Complying with all standards and protocols of OSHA & HIPPA Assisting the doctor during procedures including preparation and documentation Changing and removing wires, brackets, and adhesive, full digital impressions, and workflow, preparing teeth for bonding Working in a fast-paced environment possessing excellent interpersonal and organizational skills establishing positive relationships with our team and patients Communicating professionally both orally and in writing with a service-oriented approach Maintaining a caring and friendly environment that reinforces our company's core values The benefits you will receive with full time employment: Health Insurance enrollment on your first day Vacation Time Paid Holidays Paid Sick time Dental and Orthodontic Discounts 401K Retirement Plan Holden Dental Care is a community-based office with the support and resources of Simply Dental Management. You have a valid and current MA State Dental Assistant License You have valid X-ray Certification You have a High School Diploma or Equivalent You are CPR & First Aid Certification You are knowledgeable of OSHA regulations and changes You are computer proficient including Microsoft office and Practice Management Software
