What Youâll Do Provide exceptional preventive care and oral health education. Build lasting rapport, helping patients feel comfortable and informed about their treatment needs. Collaborate closely with our dentist and clinical team to ensure a seamless office flow. Maintain accurate documentation while following top-tier clinical protocols. Who You Are A California Licensed RDH with a passion for dentistry. A natural communicator who enjoys educating patients and helping them understand their health. Compensation & Details Pay: $50.00 â $58.00 per hour Location: In-person at our Bakersfield office. Type: We are looking to add 1-2 talented hygienists to our team within the next 30 days.
