Job Summary Dental Hygienist We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our growing general dental practice. Our office provides personalized, patient-centered, comprehensive dental care with a mission to transform the dental experience by reducing fear and building trust through compassion and excellence. Our office is open Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00pm Key Responsibilities · Perform high-quality hygiene services, including prophylaxis, periodontal therapy · and radiographs · Conduct comprehensive assessments and accurately chart periodontal findings · Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care techniques and the importance of · preventive care · Review medical histories and collaborate with the dentist on treatment · Recommendations. · Build trust with patients through communication and customer service · Maintain sterilization, infection control standards and operatory cleanliness · Schedule and manage recare appointments to support practice productivity · Support smooth patient flow and communicate clearly with team members · Enter clinical notes and assist with basic administrative tasks as needed · Qualifications · Active state Dental Hygiene license required, New Grads are welcome. · Local anesthesia certification required · Strong communication and education skills · Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills · Willingness to help in other areas of the practice when necessary Why Join Us?
