Orthodontist (Part-Time) â In-House Ortho Program | Sacramento, CA 1â2 Days/Week (with opportunity for more days) Steady Flow of Pediatric & Adolescent Patients from Our Own Clinics Job Overview Bethel Kids Dental is a mission-driven pediatric dental organization serving children and underserved communities. With established pediatric offices in Lodi, Manteca, and Sacramento, we have expanded to offer in-house orthodontic services in Sacramento â with more growth planned in the future. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Orthodontist to join our expanding team. This role offers a consistent patient base through referrals from our own pediatric clinics and the opportunity to help lead and grow our orthodontic program. Schedule 1â2 days per week to start Additional days available as the program expands Flexible scheduling Responsibilities Provide high-quality orthodontic care to pediatric and adolescent patients Diagnose, create, and manage orthodontic treatment plans Collaborate with pediatric/general dentists and other orthodontists for coordinated care Communicate treatment options, progress, and expectations to patients and parents Help support program growth and clinical workflows Lead and mentor team members to promote excellence and a positive culture Qualifications Orthodontist (Board-Certified preferred) Active California Dental License Strong interest in working with children and teens Team-oriented, professional, and friendly Willingness to lead and mentor the clinical team Bilingual (Spanish preferred) is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation structure Flexible part-time schedule with growth potential Steady in-house referral flow Modern pediatric facility and supportive team culture Opportunity to grow with an expanding orthodontic program Job Type: Part-time Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per day Benefits: 401(k) Flexible schedule Application Question(s): Are you a board certified orthodontist?
