Registered Dental Hygienist - Eno River Dental - Hillsborough, NC

Eno River Dental is growing and looking for our fourth and final RDH to add to our family! Hours/Benies : Tuesdays & Thursdays 9-6 (1hr lunch) Wednesdays 7-3 (work thru lunch w/ smaller breaks in between) alternating Mondays/Fridays 7-3 resulting in working M-Th then Tues-Fri (yes that means a 4-day weekend every other week!) Single-column days with a tight knit team always willing to help flip a room and start a patient when that chatty patient had to tell you JUST one more story! Yes we offer health insurance and PTO! Ooze dental hygiene excellence and have a genuine desire to do RIGHT by your patients (AKA no signing a waiver to prophy when they have perio or to waive necessary radiographs, knowing to refer to perio when appropriate, reaching for that second molar calc that you see on the x-ray, etc.) Have a non-judgmental, genuine down-to-earth approach to OHI with patients but are enthusiastic about learning about new products alongside the docs Possess friendly and confident communication skills with patients and your team (should want to form genuine connections with patients and the community as a result!) Have a self-disciplined proactive work ethic Are a reliable teammate that thrives on the satisfaction of getting the job DONE together (we don't say 'that's not my job' around here) Enjoy maintaining an organized, clean work environment...and color coding is your jam. Are able to laugh at our *occasional* bad jokes & yourself Up to date on OSHA and HIPAA training. Bonus if you've got experience with things like OpenDental, Nomad, SprintRay, scanning, and intraoral cameras Love staying caffeinated & snuggling furbabies!!
