Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Endodontist or Super General Practitioner (Super GP) to join our dynamic dental team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive dental care, specializing in root canal therapy and advanced root canal retreats. Responsibilities Perform root canal treatments, endodontic procedures, and retreat restorations with precision and care Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review and dental examinations Utilize dental imaging techniques such as X-rays to diagnose and plan effective treatment strategies. CT Deliver general dentistry services including dental extractions, prosthodontics, and preventive care Maintain accurate medical records and document all procedures in compliance with HIPAA regulations Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety during all procedures Collaborate with team members using four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize patient comfort and treatment efficiency Use dental terminology effectively to communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and post-care instructions clearly to patients Manage pediatric dentistry cases when necessary, demonstrating expertise in treating young patients with patience and professionalism Stay current with advancements in endodontics, oral surgery, and general dentistry through continuous education Experience Proven experience working in a dental clinic or dental office environment with a focus on endodontics or general dentistry Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Denticon or Dentrix is highly desirable Demonstrated knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and dental terminology relevant to comprehensive patient care Hands-on experience performing dental fabrication, root canal therapy, extractions, and other advanced procedures Strong understanding of infection control standards and HIPAA compliance in a clinical setting Prior experience working with pediatric patients is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to expand pediatric dentistry skills is valued Excellent communication skills for effective patient assessment and education Join us in delivering top-tier dental care where your expertise makes a difference!
