Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, perform a wide range of dental procedures, and contribute to a positive patient experience. This role offers an opportunity to work in a well-equipped clinic with a focus on comprehensive dental services, including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and more. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in dental technology and maintain strict adherence to infection control and HIPAA regulations. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Perform general dentistry procedures such as fillings, crowns, and extractions Execute specialized treatments including root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery Utilize dental imaging and medical documentation tools like , open dental for accurate record keeping Ensure aseptic techniques and infection control protocols are strictly followed during all procedures Collaborate with dental team members to deliver comprehensive patient care using four-handed dentistry techniques Educate patients on oral health maintenance and treatment options using clear dental terminology Maintain detailed medical and dental records in compliance with HIPAA standards Assist in dental fabrication processes when necessary Stay current with advancements in dental technology and procedures to enhance patient outcomes Experience Valid license as an Associate Dentist with relevant state licensing requirements fulfilled Proven experience working in dental clinics or offices with a focus on general dentistry with all ages preferred . Hands-on experience with dental software systems such as Epic, open dental, highly desirable Demonstrated expertise in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and medical imaging techniques Prior experience working with pediatric patients is a plus but not mandatory Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards Ability to communicate effectively using professional dental terminology while ensuring patient comfort and understanding Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $98,204.78 - $118,268.13 per year Work Location: In person
