## Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dental team in providing excellent patient care and maintaining efficient operations within the dental clinic. ## Responsibilities - Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures - Prepare and maintain dental instruments, supplies, and equipment - Take and process X-rays - Manage patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations - Perform dental receptionist duties when needed - Utilize Open Dental software for patient scheduling and record-keeping - Maintain a clean and sterile environment using aseptic techniques - Demonstrate knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and dental assisting procedures ## Skills - Proficiency in X-Ray procedures and safety protocols - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices - Familiarity with Open Dental or similar dental practice management software - Strong understanding of dental clinic operations and workflows - Skilled in aseptic technique to ensure infection control measures are followed - Understanding of dental anatomy and procedures for effective chairside assistance If you're a dedicated Dental Assistant with these skills, we invite you to apply for this rewarding opportunity to contribute to our patients' oral health and well-being.
