The Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) provides exceptional patient care and creates an overall positive experience for the patient during the dental visit. EFDAs on our team demonstrate a high-degree of proficiency and attention to detail. Required Qualifications: · Current EFDA license in the state of Ohio required · Current CPR training and certificate required · Strong communication and patient relation skills · Demonstrate complete knowledge and usage of dental terminology, dental instruments, tray setups and instrument sharpening. · Thorough Recordkeeping - including graphical charting, perio charting and proper chart documentation. · Experience with digital radiographs and electronic patient record Office Hours : Monday 8:00am – 6:00pm., Tuesday through Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm, and one Friday/month 8am – 1pm.
