About the Role This is a traveling position between two Kids Rock locations : Mondays & Wednesdays – North (Woodmen) Office: 5430 E. Woodmen Rd, Colorado Spgs, CO Tuesdays – South (Broadmoor Bluffs) Office: 4515 Broadmoor Bluffs Dr, Colorado Spgs, CO Schedule Details: Part-time Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays 8-hour shifts No nights No weekends You’ll support our orthodontic providers, help kids and teens feel comfortable and confident, and keep the clinic flowing smoothly throughout the day. Why You’ll Love Working Here Positive, supportive, and fun team environment Family-focused practice with kids and teens Growing practice with long-term opportunity 401(k) with employer match No nights or weekends What We’re Looking For 1+ year of orthodontic assisting experience required Confident with core orthodontic clinical duties, including: Charting and tray set-ups Impressions, X-rays, and clinical photos Separators, archwires, adjustments, and power chains Preparing teeth for bonding Placing coils Fitting and cementing bands and expanders Friendly, upbeat, and genuinely enjoys working with kids and teens Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Team-first mindset with a positive attitude Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent What You’ll Be Doing Orthodontic assisting during procedures Radiology and clinical imaging Taking impressions and photos Sterilization and infection control Supporting efficient clinic flow and patient comfort Compensation Pay Range: $21–$24 per hour (based on experience) How to Apply (Video Steps Required) To help us get to know you beyond your resume, please include a short 1 minute video with your application answering the following: Tell us about your orthodontic assisting experience and what you enjoy most about working with kids and teens.
