About South Broadway Dental Care Established, privately owned dental practice with a strong reputation in the community General dentistry with a focus on quality treatment, patient comfort, and efficiency Modern technology and well-equipped operatories Consistent four-day workweek supporting work-life balance Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits Performance-based team incentives and growth opportunities Collaborative, professional culture built on trust and teamwork Key Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance to Dr. Ryan Scheidel during a variety of procedures Support patient comfort, education, and care throughout their visit Maintain clinical excellence through organization, cleanliness, and OSHA compliance Contribute to efficient patient flow and smooth daily operations Work collaboratively with providers and teammates to uphold high standards of care Coordinate laboratory workflows and oversee patient scheduling and clinical flow for clear aligner cases. Manage stocking, organization, and inventory of clinical supplies and operatories.
