Summary As a Dental Front Desk Receptionist, you will be essential in providing outstanding customer service and managing the front office operations of our dental practice. Your core skills in medical administrative support and patient service will ensure a smooth patient experience from check-in to check-out. With your dental office experience and strong organizational and communication skills, you will handle appointment scheduling, patient records, and insurance verification efficiently. Additionally, your familiarity with EHR systems and dental terminology will enhance our practice's operational effectiveness, making you a vital part of our team dedicated to patient care. The position offers flexible hours ranging from 35 to 40 hours a week, with some Fridays reserved for continuing education or as needed. Experience is a Must. Experience with Dentrix software. Compensation is based on experience. It could range from $20-$24/h. This position requires exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organization skills to provide superior customer service to our patients. The patient service representative is the first and last impression that patients will have of our dental office. They will work collaboratively with the dental team to make quality patient care a priority, in interactions both in person and over the telephone. Patient service representatives interact with patients to provide information about our products and services, and handle and resolve patient concerns with enthusiasm and empathy. Be open to training out of town. Duties and Responsibilities: Answer phone calls Greet patients Schedule appointments Discuss treatment plans with patients Arrange patient financial arrangements Collection of daily payments due Interest in expanding knowledge within the practice Supreme organization Great People skills Able to call patients, get them to make an appointment and keep the doctors schedule full. Close office and run reports at end of day. Be open to professional practice management training.
