We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated (EFDA) Dental Assistant to join our growing practice. Work in compliance with all healthcare policies and standards (ex: OSHA, CDC, HIPAA, & funding body regulations) Sterilize all instruments and disinfect equipment according to clinic and manufacturer’s guidelines Protect patients and employees by adhering to infection prevention & exposure control policies and procedures Ensure operation of dental equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; requesting repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; learning new equipment and techniques Pour and trim study casts; clean and polish removable appliances; fabricate and polish temporary restorations; fabricate bite blocks, custom trays, bleaching trays, and occlusal guards Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Experience: Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: X-Ray Certification (Required) Work Location: In person
