At Dr. Benjamin Dillerâs, we value our team, and we are looking for a polished, cross-trained professional who has the following skills: Team player and excellent communication skills Great skills at building patient rapport Excellent phone and verbal skills Experience with Eaglesoft a plus; having computer skills a must Eagerness to learn Focused on a vision and committed to providing an unprecedented level of care to patients · Greet Patients when they arrive at our practice · Schedule appointments for patients · Maintain patient accounts and records · Prepare and send patient bills · Submit patient claims to insurance companies · Assist patients in filling out required intake and medical forms · Confirm appointments with patients via phone or email · Manage and organize specialist referrals · Inform patients of payment options if applicable · Keep track of office supplies and place orders for more supplies when necessary · Perform basic accounting tasks such as taking patient payments and preparing billing statements · Update patient insurance information · Ensure all dental office equipment is functioning properly · Sort and organize incoming and outgoing mail · Ensure the reception area in maintained and professional in appearance · Strong chairside assisting skills including patient education, room set-up, x-rays, maintaining instruments · Other responsibilities as directed by Doctors and Office Manager Skills and Qualifications: · Must be flexible with a positive belief system. âCan doâ · Must have minimum of 3 years Dental Office experience â any capacity · Strong organizational skills · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Even tempered · Self-starter · Eaglesoft knowledge preferred · Able to take coaching and feedback constructively · Functional knowledge of MS Office We are seeking someone with strong dental knowledge and interpersonal skills who can educate and advocate for our patients.
